The company is led by Jeff Ratnow, an expert in real estate development and civil engineering. He has spent decades working in the greater Baltimore metro area and the State of Maryland. He offers clients the benefit of his real estate development and civil engineering design expertise, his vast professional network, and his ability to smoothly navigate bureaucratic systems.

Projects
Site Insight advises clients on site selection, project feasibility, purchase agreement negotiations, construction and development management oversight, procures site and planning department approvals for active development projects.
Provided development management services to a non-profit undertaking a $15M mission-based redevelopment project in Baltimore City.
Secured land, created the vision, built the team and obtained public and private financing for 175- 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit Units in two communities, generating over $3.5M in developer fees.
Preliminary feasibility study on an identified collection of parcels in Baltimore City, to determine the site yield, development cost, and income potential for the site; factoring in zoning, market, constructability and available financing sources.
Detailed design plan review, comprehensive zoning and infrastructure assessment and next steps recommendations for an institutional investment firm involved in a large scale, joint venture development.
